      At Back on Track, our focus is on providing safe and effective exercise for clients of all ages and fitness abilities. Respected by fitness and health practitioners worldwide, the STOTT PILATES method that we teach at Back on Track is designed to help you improve strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk.

      Classes consist of mat work and equipment based exercises, with modifications to address specific body types or injuries.

      At Back on Track, we limit classes to a maximum of 8 people, to allow our instructor to spend time assessing and correcting each participant. If you are a patient with us at the clinic, our Pilates Instructor will ensure to liaise with our physiotherapists prior to your participation in our classes to discuss injury history and programme suitability.

      STOTT PILATES focuses on core stability, pelvic and shoulder blade stabilisation, neutral alignment and breathing. This will help to restore the natural curvature of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence. Other benefits include;

      We deliver teaching on a one-on-one basis, in a small group setting (1:2, 1:3, 1:4) or in our weekly classes.
